Hello, I'm Aidan.

Here I am in Cheltenham, England, an experience I've been daydreaming about for years. I am an American college junior studying abroad here from September to December. That's not nearly long enough in my opinion, but what can you do? Just live it up while you can, I suppose.

Anyhow, at the request of more than one friend, I've decided that my travels through the United Kingdom and wherever else I'm lucky enough to venture off to shall be recorded in this blog.

So we're clear, my last name isn't really Boleyn. I just have a somewhat obsessive fascination with King Henry VIII of England and his unfortunate six wives. I've also decided that I'm going to be the beheaded Anne Boleyn for Halloween this year, provided I can find a "B" necklace. Additionally, I met the wax figures of Henry and Anne yesterday at Warwick Castle...fantastic.
